This course will provide RTRP's and EA's with 1 credit hour in Federal Tax Law for only $15. At times, a taxpayer must pay their own expenses to correctly perform their job. If these expenses are not fully reimbursed by the employer, they are deductible for the taxpayer. In this course, we will discuss the different types of employee business expenses. We will also cover where they are reported on the tax return and what happens if the taxpayer is reimbursed by their employer.
