This course will provide RTRP's and EA's with 2 credit hours for Tax Law for only $30.The Affordable Care Act has been a hot topic that has caused happiness, anxiety, anger, and relief depending on how it affects each individual. Regardless of how you feel about it, it’s here. Now is the time for us to learn how it is going to affect our clients’ tax returns. In this course, we will learn about the Qualified Health Coverage, Minimum Essential Coverage, the Individual Shared Responsibility Provision, and the Premium Tax Credit. By the time you finish, you will know what questions you need to ask your clients and what to do with the answers they give. It includes 2 chapters of instruction.There are interactive Reviews at the end of each Chapter to determine your final grade.You will need to make 70% or better to pass. If you fail a Review, you will be able to retake it until you pass.
